IBEKA is a social business entity with a strong engineering focus. By using a mixture of adapted technology and social awareness to empower rural villagers and marginal groups in urban areas, we strive not only to increase welfare, but to drive communities to self-reliance and economic freedom.
Our goal is to promote smaller local social enterprises to create economic diversity. We implement renewable energy programs such as village coops, farming expansion, household enterprises, as well as small manufacturer and local workshop development.
