Synopsis:
The 5-day event gathered 34 practitioners from 11 countries in south and southeast Asia -- from Afghanistan to the Philippines. The group visited local turbine and controller manufacturers, along with two grid-interconnected projects -- one of them community-owned!  The event concluded with intense interactive dialogues on working groups and projects for 2015.
